The Saudi Center of philosophy and Ethics (SCOPE) has signed a partnership agreement with Vienna Circle Society, which aims to frame cooperation between the two centers in the areas of philosophy. Vienna Circle Society is located in Vienna, Austria, and was founded as a subunit (Department) of the Faculty of Philosophy and Education at the University of Vienna. This center is considered one of the most important international research centers of philosophy.

This step comes from the Saudi Center of Philosophy and Ethics (SCOPE) as a continuation of efforts to build effective civilized philosophical communication with the relevant leading international centers, including:
